Chocolate dessert with cinnamon and orange

Ingredients for 6 persons:

  • 0,2 L cream
  • 130 g pure chocolate (>54%)
  • Orange (bio) zest
  • 20 mini marshmallows
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of mixed spice or ‘speculaaskruiden’
  • Pinch of vanilla powder
  • 0,15 L whipped cream
