Our courses can be tailored to meet specific requirements. Together with the client we design a challenging and entertaining educational programme of lectures and interactive cases. It is possible to include company-specific lectures, invite interesting offshore experts on specific topics from our widespread network in the North Sea area or develop a hands-on case in which employees can practice certain company-specific tasks. We are happy to brainstorm with you to develop an interesting educational activity for any learning objective.

Our formula

A typical course programme consists of high-quality lectures and inspiring cases. Our clients appreciate us for our mastery in translating complex knowledge into small understandable steps. All lectures are visually supported by clear graphics and educational videos. A diverse range of wind energy experts whom are trained to create and teach lectures (using educational elements such as lectures, games, cases, videos and more) guarantee a dynamic experience and a better understanding of the subject at hand. Our education is complemented with delicious and healthy food and drinks during breaks and lunches.

Networking

If desired, DOB-Academy can organize and cater networking or teambuilding opportunities in addition to the educational programme. Our inspiring historical building and carefully designed meeting rooms, in combination with the services of our outstanding kitchen staff, offer an excellent setting for these events. Additionally, we can also make arrangements for hotel bookings, dinner and an entertaining evening programme in the historical city centre of Delft.
